法国公立大学基本就是免学费的 就是每个学期交一定的注册费，几把百欧左右，所以一般是不会有奖学金的，都是自费得。法国公立需要法语，在国内达到C1才有资格直接申请硕士直入，否则先过去读一年法语，再申请当地大学。
