The Master of Real Estate (MRE) at the Faculty of Built Environment, University of Malaya, is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), UK, and ranked No. 20 in the 2022 EDUNIVERSAL Best Masters Ranking (Real Estate Management, Worldwide). The program provides students with comprehensive knowledge in real estate investment, appraisal, and development. Core modules cover areas such as real estate finance, valuation, development, market analysis, economics, and property law. Graduates will be equipped with the skills needed to manage and coordinate various property types, perform property consulting and valuation, demonstrate professionalism in property management, make investment decisions, and contribute to the built environment industry locally and internationally.
