The programme is designed for doctors aiming to become expert practitioners in otorhinolaryngology (ear, nose, throat, head & neck surgery). Graduates gain advanced clinical and operative skills through a comprehensive syllabus, rotational postings (Oral-Maxillo-Facial Surgery, Neurosurgery, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery), and a research project. The curriculum integrates technical theory and practical knowledge, ethical/social responsibilities, communication, leadership, and scientific research. Trainees are prepared for independent specialist practice as ENT surgeons within both clinical and academic settings. Progression between stages requires success in a qualifying entrance evaluation and the Part I examination.
