The Master of Facilities and Maintenance Management (MFMM) at the Faculty of Built Environment, University of Malaya, is designed to develop competent facilities managers with advanced skills in both strategic and operational aspects of facilities and maintenance management. The program meets international (RICS, BIFM, IFMA) and local (CIDB) standards, aiming to equip professionals with the latest innovations in the field. Graduates are expected to manage services and processes supporting the core activities of organizations, ensuring productive and innovative work environments. The structure includes core modules such as Operation and Maintenance, Total Asset and Facilities Management, Procurement and Contract Management, and a research project.
