This MSc develops advanced knowledge and practical skills to communicate science and engage publics across contexts (health, climate, research impact, policy). It covers communication and engagement with all sciences, engineering, maths and technology, and explicitly is not a programme in communication science, marketing, advertising or corporate communication. Teaching blends seminars, small-group and practice-based sessions, with placements and a choice of a research or practice-based project in the final semester.
