The Architecture MSc by Research at the Edinburgh School of Architecture and Landscape Architecture (ESALA), Edinburgh College of Art (ECA), is a research-focused master’s programme centered on independent inquiry supported by ESALA’s interdisciplinary research culture. Students complete a compulsory research methods course, select one option course, and produce a 25,000-word dissertation under supervision aligned to their chosen specialism.
