The MSc in International Human Resource Management develops understanding of real-world HR issues and provides insights for working across national borders and in multinational organisations. Learning is delivered via lectures, readings, discussions, group work, tutorials, exercises and case studies, with assessment through exams, assignments, presentations or continuous assessment. The programme is CIPD-accredited and the Business School holds triple accreditation (AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA). Learning outcomes include mastery of key HRM concepts, elective-led depth in HRM topics, appreciation of globalisation’s implications for HRM in MNCs, ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research (culminating in a dissertation), and recognition of ethical issues in HR practice and people management.
