The Graduate LLB is a two‑year accelerated undergraduate law degree for applicants who already hold a prior degree. It is designed to be a qualifying Scottish law degree and to prepare graduates for entry to the Scottish legal profession and subsequent professional training via the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice (PEAT 1). Graduates cover the Law Society of Scotland’s required foundation subjects and legal skills, forming the basis for becoming a solicitor or advocate in Scotland.
