The MPH in Environment, Sustainability, and Health at the University of Michigan School of Public Health provides a multidisciplinary education integrating environmental health and sustainability sciences. Students study exposure to environmental stressors, the design and evaluation of sustainable interventions to protect human and ecological health, and develop skills for evaluating and implementing policies that protect both people and the environment. The program prepares graduates for leadership roles in government agencies, NGOs, consulting, research, and industry, focusing on innovative solutions to prevent and mitigate environmental health risks and to promote sustainability at local to global scales.
