The Michigan Ross Master of Management (MM) is a full-time, 10-month intensive graduate program designed for recent non-business graduates (up to 2 years post-graduation) seeking foundational business knowledge and leadership skills to enhance their early-career prospects. The curriculum covers key business areas—such as accounting, marketing, operations, finance, business law, and strategy—with a strong emphasis on action-based learning and career preparation. Additionally, the program includes immersive leadership development experiences, electives, and a signature consulting studio where students tackle real business challenges for client organizations. It is a non-STEM program aimed at launching business careers across industries such as consulting, technology, consumer goods, and public sector.
