The Master of Education (Art) at the National Institute of Education (NIE), Nanyang Technological University, is designed to advance professional and academic development for art educators. It focuses on both theoretical and practical aspects of developing visual arts curricula and pedagogy. The program covers contemporary developments in art and art education, emphasizing scholarship as well as personal studio practice in a multicultural environment. Core modules include topics on educational inquiry, research and issues in art education, creativity, arts education and technology, and art making.
