This one-year post-professional master's program is designed exclusively for licensed physical therapists who have already earned an entry-level physical therapy degree. The curriculum focuses on advanced clinical skills and evidence-based practice in neuromuscular physical therapy. Students experience formal courses, laboratory work, and clinical rounds aimed at elevating their therapeutic assessment, decision-making, and treatment techniques to an advanced professional level. The program emphasizes mastery through written and practical examinations and prepares graduates to become leaders and innovators in physical therapy practice. While the degree advances clinical knowledge, it does not, on its own, meet all requirements for U.S. physical therapy licensure, but can contribute toward academic credit equivalency for internationally trained therapists seeking licensure.
