The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Leadership and Innovation at USC Marshall prepares students for leadership roles in organizations navigating global, technological, and regulatory change. The program trains inspirational leaders capable of assembling diverse teams to drive transformational innovation for sustained competitive advantage. Students learn to create inspiring visions and innovation strategies, lead high-performing teams, foster a culture of agility and innovation, and address critical problems to satisfy a diverse stakeholder group. The curriculum requires completion of the business core, including foundational courses in mathematics, statistics, accounting, economics, functional areas such as finance and marketing, and integrative strategy/data analysis. Emphasis requirements include at least twelve (12) upper-division Management and Organization (MOR) courses. Students may declare the emphasis after meeting prerequisites, including BUAD 304: Organizational Behavior and Leadership.
