The Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Business Administration program at the USC Viterbi School of Engineering offers students a rigorous foundation in both computer science and business. Administered by the Computer Science Department, it equips students for hybrid careers like product management and technical leadership by integrating core computer science courses (30 units) with business requirements (36 units) from the Marshall School of Business. The program cannot be combined with additional majors in either Computer Science or Business Administration. Courses include CSCI 102L, 103, 170, 104, and 201 for CS fundamentals, plus accounting, finance, marketing, operations, strategy, and economics for the business portion. A minimum grade of C (2.0) is required in all core courses. Students must fulfill university general education and major-specific writing requirements. The curriculum emphasizes both technical and strategic decision-making skills, preparing graduates for roles at the intersection of technology and business.
