The BS in Human Security and Geospatial Intelligence at USC Dornsife prepares students to analyze and plan for future human security and geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) challenges. The program covers spatial and GEOINT principles, empowering graduates to support organizations such as the U.S. Department of Defense, State Department, NGOs, or comparable international agencies. The curriculum includes 10 core courses (with a capstone), elective opportunities for interdisciplinary exploration, and focuses on applications in border conflict, humanitarian response, global human rights, genocide prevention, refugee migration, and crisis management. It aims to develop both technical expertise and leadership skills for innovative careers or further study.
