The Master of Sustainability Leadership (MSL) program at the College of Global Futures, Arizona State University, is a fully online, transdisciplinary graduate program designed to prepare professionals to drive transformative sustainability results in organizations and communities. The curriculum integrates communications and change management, global context of sustainability, leadership, and strategy. Students learn from faculty with real-world sustainability expertise and may tailor electives to areas such as organizational assessment, urban planning, green energy, and more. The program develops advanced skills for leading sustainability transitions, storytelling, and strategic initiatives, with career paths in business, government, nonprofits, and consulting. 96% of recent graduates are employed or pursuing further education, with 75% of those employed working in sustainability.
