The MPSLA is a graduate program focused on equipping public safety professionals for advanced management and leadership roles across law enforcement, fire protection, emergency services, and other public safety organizations. The curriculum is practitioner-oriented, covering leadership, policy, administrative acumen, data analysis, organizational management, and public service innovation. Students can choose concentrations such as Executive Police Administration or Executive Fire Administration and must complete core courses, electives, and an applied project. The program is delivered online through Watts College of Public Service and Community Solutions, and targets both current practitioners and those with relevant academic backgrounds.
