The JD-MBA program at Kellogg School of Management and Northwestern Pritzker School of Law is an intensive, full-time dual-degree graduate program that allows students to earn both a Juris Doctor (JD) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in three years, instead of the five years typically needed to complete each degree separately. Students spend their first year (including summer) at the Law School, the second year at Kellogg, and the final year divides coursework between both schools. The curriculum incorporates rigorous core classes from business and law, as well as electives in areas like finance, entrepreneurship, tax law, and international business law. The program is designed to equip graduates for high-level roles in law, consulting, investment banking, entrepreneurship, corporate leadership, and public governance. It is the largest JD-MBA program in the United States and features a vast alumni network with leaders across industries.
