The Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Music at the Claire Trevor School of the Arts, UC Irvine (from Fall 2025 version) provides a flexible, broad foundation in music. The curriculum covers theory, history, musicianship, keyboard skills, performance, composition/improvisation, and technology. Students choose an area of emphasis (History and Theory of Music or Integrated Composition, Improvisation and Technology), and complete a capstone B.A. Project.
