Academic Writing Sample: Academic writing sample (10 – 15 pages) Financial Statement: A certified copy of the International Applicant Financial Statement form ( with applicable supporting documents and signatures) sent to the department. You must submit this form showing at least enough funds in U.S. currency for one academic year.
