The MSc Adult Nursing (pre-registration) Blended Learning at Coventry University is a 2-year full-time program designed for graduates seeking to enter the adult nursing profession. The course combines flexible online/digital learning with mandatory on-campus sessions and extensive practice-based placements. This innovative curriculum prepares students for the complex care issues encountered in the adult nursing field, emphasizing autonomous, compassionate, evidence-informed, and person-centred care. Using advanced technologies like 5G virtual reality for simulation training, the program covers the physical, mental, cognitive, and behavioral challenges adults face in healthcare settings. Successful graduates are eligible to register as an adult nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). The curriculum is under continual review and will launch with a renewed structure from September 2025.
