This course is designed for current or potential entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, and future entrepreneurial leaders interested in developing the knowledge and competencies required to start, grow, or manage a business or entrepreneurial project. Students learn about the global significance of entrepreneurship, acquire practical experience with live projects, and develop a consulting mindset. Emphasis is on entrepreneurial mindsets, value creation (economic, social, and cultural), and leadership skills for both independent venture creation and corporate innovation.
