Coventry University's Engineering Business Management BEng (Hons) top-up is a final year programme designed for students who already hold a Level 5 engineering or business-related diploma (or equivalent). The course aims to elevate existing skills and qualifications, offering practical and theoretical insights into the management of technology-based businesses. Core modules include project management, manufacturing process improvement, business simulation, supply chain and logistics management, new product development strategies, and strategic management.
