The Master of Mental Health Science (MC-MHSC) at the University of Melbourne is designed for professionals working, or planning to work, in mental health across a variety of disciplines including nursing, social work, occupational therapy, emergency services, education, and other related fields. The program is structured as a part-time, nested program with exit points at Graduate Certificate and Graduate Diploma levels. It is organized around five thematic streams covering Infant, Child, Youth, Adult, and Aged Mental Health. The curriculum combines core and selective subjects during the first two years.
