The Master in Post-Soviet Public Policy is a fully English-taught, dual-degree program jointly delivered by the Faculty of Political Science at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) and the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO). Students spend their first year at MSU and their second at MGIMO. The curriculum is designed by an international board of professors and focuses on the analysis of political, social, and economic processes in the post-Soviet region. Fundamental courses include applied political analysis, comparative politics, history of politics, and public policy methodology. The program aims to develop future experts and policymakers equipped for contemporary challenges in Eurasian affairs. Graduates receive degrees from both MSU and MGIMO, benefiting from interdisciplinary, practical, and research-driven training.
