This interdisciplinary master's program aims to train industry specialists in cutting-edge technologies for the geological and geophysical exploration and modelling of hydrocarbon (oil and gas) fields. The curriculum combines advanced training in geological and hydrodynamic modelling, field development, 3D and 4D seismic and computer modelling, well logging techniques, and enhanced oil recovery. The program is designed for those with a background in natural sciences or engineering and is taught entirely in English. Students have hands-on experience with industry-standard software and benefit from lectures by experts from leading oil and service companies as well as faculty from the university's geology, chemistry, economics, and management schools.
