UNSW's Master of Construction Project Management/Master of Property and Development is an interdisciplinary double master’s degree designed to equip graduates with advanced skills to manage both construction projects and property development processes. The program integrates core knowledge areas such as construction planning and control, informatics, cost and value management, property valuation, risk management, property investment and finance, real property law, and feasibility analysis. Graduates will be prepared for critical roles at the intersection of design, development, project management and the built environment. The program is delivered by faculty ranked #1 in Sydney and #23 globally for architecture & built environment (QS 2025), and students benefit from connections with professional bodies such as the Australian Property Institute, Australian Institute of Building (AIB), and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
