The Bachelor of Construction Management and Property at UNSW, offered by the Faculty of Arts, Design & Architecture, is a three-year undergraduate program designed to prepare students for careers in construction, property, and related industries. The program covers core subjects such as building construction, construction materials, measurement, property and construction economics, property law, project management, planning, estimating, and high-level leadership and problem-solving skills.
