UNSW Canberra’s Bachelor of Cyber Security is a three-year future-focused undergraduate degree, designed in response to government and industry cybersecurity skill gaps. The program is delivered at the civilian-focused Canberra City campus beginning Term 1, 2025, and offered in Hybrid Flexible (HyFlex) mode. Core topics include cyber risk management, AI for security, cyber crime, critical infrastructure, incident response, penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, encryption, digital forensics, and management. Students gain both theoretical grounding and hands-on technical skills through the use of industry-standard tools and simulated environments. Graduates are prepared for careers in government, defence, and private industry, equipped to tackle the evolving landscape of cyber threats.
