The Bachelor of Science in Business and Global Affairs (BGA) is a four-year joint degree program offered by the Walsh School of Foreign Service and the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University. The program features a cohort model and a signature interdisciplinary curriculum, blending business fundamentals with global affairs and policy analysis. Students engage in multiple off-campus, international experiences, including hands-on courses tracking global value chains and policy projects. The curriculum covers core business topics, international economics, foreign languages, geopolitics, and regional history. Students apply in their first year of enrollment in either MSB or SFS. Upon admission, students follow the tailored BGA path for three subsequent years, culminating in a joint diploma. The program develops graduates with robust analytical, ethical, and cross-disciplinary skills required for leadership in today's interconnected world.
