The Magister Theologiae at the Faculty of Theology, Heidelberg University, is a comprehensive, research-intensive program that covers all major areas of Protestant theology. Students receive a theoretically and empirically robust education in Old and New Testament studies, church and dogmatic history, systematic theology (including dogmatics, ethics, ecumenical theology, and religious philosophy), religious studies, intercultural theology, and practical theology (homiletics, religious education, pastoral psychology, church theory, and diaconal studies).
