The Master of Education in Educational Leadership & Policy at Boston College’s Lynch School equips students to assume leadership roles in schools, districts, nonprofit, government, or advocacy organizations. The program offers the opportunity to focus on community change, policy, and advocacy, centering social-justice values and evidence-based practice to improve equity and opportunities for marginalized populations. Students can tailor their studies through concentrations, and benefit from a faculty dedicated to advancing social justice and educational innovation. The curriculum is deeply reflective, combining theory, practical leadership development, policy analysis, and engagement with real-world educational and community challenges. The program is approved by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education and can be completed online or in a hybrid format.
