The Dual Master of Arts (M.A./M.A.) in Theology and Ministry and Mental Health Counseling at Boston College pairs graduate-level studies in counseling psychology and mental health counseling with rigorous theological and ministerial formation. The 84-credit licensure track meets Massachusetts requirements for licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, while the 78-credit track prepares students for further academic pursuits or non-licensure careers.
