The Master of Engineering (MEng) at Case School of Engineering, Case Western Reserve University, is a professional, practice-oriented graduate degree designed for engineers wishing to advance their careers by broadening their technical, managerial, and leadership skills. The program consists of 10 courses (30 credit hours), including five core courses, four technical concentration courses, and a capstone project. Unlike the Master of Science degree, the MEng is not research-focused and does not require a thesis. It is delivered fully online and is tailored for working professionals to enhance their skills in both technical and business aspects of engineering. Students can choose concentrations in diverse fields such as biomedical, mechanical, or systems engineering, or pursue engineering management and leadership.
