The MACIS is a joint, research-oriented master's degree by ETH Zurich and the University of Zurich, administered by ETH. It emphasizes theory and advanced methods in political science, focusing on democracy, political violence, political economy, and sustainable development. Courses are taught in English by internationally recognized faculty. The curriculum includes seminars, a research seminar, thesis work, and electives, and caters both to those aiming at academic research careers (including PhD) and professional paths in public or private sectors. The program maintains small cohort sizes (about 20 students per year) for close mentorship and an intellectually stimulating environment. 来源： https://ethz.ch/en/studies/master/application/profile-requirements.html
