The University of Zurich (UZH) Faculty of Business, Economics and Informatics offers a Master’s Minor Program in Financial Economics. This minor consists of 30 ECTS credits and is designed to deepen students’ understanding of the principles of financial economics, serving as an ideal supplement to major programs such as Banking and Finance, Economics, or Business Administration. The curriculum features compulsory modules and advanced electives, targeting the economics of financial institutions, market microstructure, asset pricing, and financial decision-making. The program prepares students for roles in financial services, consulting, and research, and provides an excellent foundation for further doctoral study in financial or economic disciplines.
