The English-taught Master of European Law (LLM) at Utrecht University's Faculty of Law, Economics and Governance prepares students to operate in increasingly Europeanised and internationalised legal environments. Students gain advanced knowledge of both substantive and institutional aspects of European law and study their effect on national legal systems. The program offers five specialisation tracks: General European Law, European Cooperation in Criminal Matters, Law and Sustainability, Law and Technology, and, from 2025, European Migration Law.
