This program addresses the growing need for reform and innovation in the construction industry, focusing on management aspects of large engineering projects across design, execution, and maintenance phases. It is an interfaculty program combining the expertise of Civil Engineering & Geosciences, Architecture & the Built Environment, and Technology, Policy & Management at TU Delft, and is part of the 4TU Federation. The curriculum emphasizes integrated and collaborative design processes, optimization of project and asset management, risk management, legal and financial aspects, and sustainable solutions in construction. Graduates are equipped with skills for leadership roles in the increasingly complex, international construction sector.
