TU Delft's MSc Marine Technology is the only program of its kind in the Netherlands. It provides future engineers with advanced scientific knowledge and practical skills for the design, construction, production, and operation of ships and marine systems. The program covers multidisciplinary engineering sciences and offers five specializations: Ship and Offshore Structures, Ship Hydromechanics, Marine Engineering, Ship Design, and Maritime Operations & Management. Students undertake coursework, electives, research assignments, and a major graduation project (thesis), preparing them for careers in shipbuilding, offshore industries, marine engineering firms, or further doctoral research.
