The Bachelor of Nanobiology at TU Delft (Faculty of Applied Sciences) is a joint, interdisciplinary degree offered with Erasmus University Rotterdam. The program prepares students to study living systems at the smallest scale, combining physics, biology, chemistry, and mathematics to understand cell processes and molecular behaviors. Students engage in cutting-edge research methods, including advanced microscopy and computational modeling, to address fundamental questions related to diseases such as cancer, Alzheimer's, and infectious disorders. The curriculum spans molecular genetics, biochemistry, mechanics, programming, lab courses, imaging, nanoscience, soft matter, and more, with access to facilities at both Delft and Rotterdam campuses. Graduates are equipped for careers in research, engineering, medical science, and technology development.
