The Bachelor of Health and Medical Sciences (Nutritional Health) at the University of Adelaide is an undergraduate program that offers a broad foundation in the health and medical sciences with an in-depth focus on nutritional health. Students study how the body responds to food, exploring physiological and metabolic pathways, and how nutrients and energy from food are utilized.
