The Master of Public Health in Epidemiology (MPH-EPI) at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health is a cohort-based, hybrid, part-time degree designed for working professionals. The program spans two years and combines asynchronous online courses with two mandatory three-week on-campus sessions each June. The curriculum emphasizes advanced quantitative epidemiological methods for clinical and population health research, policy, and program development. Students complete a mentored applied practicum project addressing real-world public health challenges, culminating in a presentation of their findings. Graduates are prepared for senior roles in academia, hospitals, public health agencies, NGOs, and the private sector.
