The Education Policy and Analysis (EPA) Program at Harvard Graduate School of Education is designed to prepare students for leadership roles in the development, analysis, and meaningful change of education policy in a diverse range of organizations in the U.S. and globally. Through the EPA program, students develop skills critical for scaling effective educational practices and leveraging policy to expand positive impact. The core curriculum integrates foundational education knowledge, targeted courses in policy analysis and leadership, and opportunities to further specialize through concentrations. Students are trained to be analytical thinkers, effective communicators, and reflective practitioners capable of addressing issues in various educational settings, including government, advocacy, and educational organizations.
