The MS in Applied Behavior Analysis at Bouvé College of Health Sciences, Northeastern University, is an innovative, flexible graduate program established in 1976 and delivered online or in a hybrid format (Charlotte, NC). The curriculum is designed to meet the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Pathway 2 coursework requirements, preparing graduates to become Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). Students develop advanced teaching and intervention skills for working with individuals with autism and behavioral concerns, participate in experiential learning, and complete a scholarly project. The program allows optional supervised fieldwork and is taught by experienced faculty, many of whom contribute to peer-reviewed research. The program also supports professional network building and career advancement in educational, clinical, and organizational behavior analysis roles. Notably, the program cannot support F-1 visas due to its predominant online delivery; international students may study from abroad.
