Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering (Professional) at UW–Madison College of Engineering is an accelerated, course-only curriculum designed to deepen technical knowledge and professional skills for advanced entry into industry. Students choose a specialization in one of several focus areas and complete 30 graduate credits, including a 12-credit core. Emphasis is placed on practical and professional development, including potential for internships. The program does not require a thesis and is typically completed within 16 months.
