The University of Wisconsin–Madison’s BBA in Entrepreneurship program is designed to prepare students to launch and lead new business ventures. The curriculum combines core business fundamentals with specialized coursework in entrepreneurship and innovation, including experiential learning opportunities such as venture creation and applied projects. Students learn to identify customer needs, conduct market research, test value propositions, and raise capital, as well as acquire resources for new ventures and work collaboratively. The program emphasizes both practical and leadership skills and offers engagement with the entrepreneurial ecosystem, including mentor networks, competitions, and the StartUp Entrepreneurial Learning Community.
