UCLA’s Computational & Systems Biology (CaSB) is an interdisciplinary undergraduate major housed in the Division of Life Sciences. It trains students to solve basic and applied biological problems by combining the sciences, mathematics, and computing. The major comprises a methodology core (gateway, probability/statistics/biological modeling, and a capstone series) plus one of several tracks (Bioinformatics, Biological Data Sciences, Dynamical Modeling, or a Customized track).
