UCLA’s Biology B.S. is an undergraduate major housed in the Life Sciences Division of the UCLA College (the College comprises five divisions: Humanities, Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, Social Sciences, and Undergraduate Education). The College enrolls the majority of UCLA undergraduates and administers more than 100 majors, including Biology. Students complete campuswide general education along with biology coursework spanning organismal, cellular/molecular, ecology/evolutionary areas and laboratory experiences, drawing on departments such as Ecology and Evolutionary Biology and Molecular, Cell & Developmental Biology.
