The University of Florida College of Nursing’s RN to BSN program (through UF Online) is a flexible, fully online pathway designed for licensed registered nurses in Florida who hold an Associate Degree in Nursing. The program focuses on building advanced analytical and leadership skills for nurses, preparing graduates to provide holistic care to diverse populations and to take on professional roles in a variety of healthcare environments. The curriculum includes both virtual simulation and independent clinical experiences (90 total clinical hours) and is structured for working nurses seeking career advancement or preparation for graduate-level nursing studies. Students are awarded 30 upper-level nursing credits via portfolio for RN licensure, and the total 120-credit bachelor's degree includes previously earned associate degree credits and completion of Florida’s general education requirements.
