Founded in 2007, HKU’s LLM(Arb&DR) is an internationally recognized programme focusing on arbitration, mediation, negotiation, and broader ADR, situated in Hong Kong—a leading global dispute resolution venue between East and West. The programme features teaching by leading scholars and practitioners, offers opportunities for professional accreditation with CIArb (MCIArb), HKMAAL (Accredited General Mediator, subject to Stage 2 & 3), and HKIArb (AHKIArb/FHKIArb) upon meeting specified course grade and interview requirements, and runs on a 1-year full-time or 2-year part-time basis.
